1 - With the summer, take care of your skin! With the arrival of summer, heat, exposure to the sun, UV radiation more intense, sea salt, chlorine pools, skin is undermined! Rough, parched, it loses its luster, dries up and reveals some fine lines. Protecting yourself is not always enough. More than ever, in the summer, your skin needs to be neat and pampered.

2 - The skin needs nutrients Your skin needs vitamin A to renew its cells, carotenoids and vitamin C to protect against UV and vitamins B and C to perform collagen synthesis. To fight against aging, pigmentation and oxidation of cells, your skin also needs trace elements and essential fatty acids such as Omega3 - which soften the cutaneous vessels and thus promote the passage of nutrients to the skin - and Omega6, which are involved in the fight against aging and the development of lipid film, cement between cells.

3 - Nature, your everyday ally The main healthy allies of your skin are found in fruits and vegetables rich in trace elements and antioxidant vitamins, in interesting quantities in red and orange fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, oranges, apricots ...).
